Candidate Information

Specific information for candidates and additional services we provide to support your job search.

We are happy to provide our candidates with up to date advice on legal salary levels and make a recommendation on appropriate levels to suit their individual circumstances.  This information is particularly useful at annual review time to ensure your expectations are realistic, that you are being rewarded for your efforts and paid at market rates.  Contact us for further information.

If you are a graduate seeking assistance with a new role, we encourage you to register your details with us, in case a suitable opportunity becomes available.  Whilst most legal employers recruit graduates directly via their own graduate recruitment programs, we may on occasion receive a request for assistance with junior positions, so it is worthwhile to have your details registered with us in the instance a job comes up.

Your details always remain active on our database – unless you request otherwise – so if we can’t assist you initially, we can keep in touch and contact you should your dream role become available at a later time.

We regularly assist legal candidates relocating to Western Australia from interstate or overseas and provide each individual with practical advice on relocation, information on the market and suitable job opportunities.

We are familiar with the requirements to practice law in Western Australia and can advise on practicing and visa requirements unique to your situation, as well as give you realistic upfront advice about your individual job prospects.  We will explain the process you will need to undertake to practice here and put you in touch with the relevant bodies you need to contact in order to facilitate this process.

If you are a candidate based interstate or overseas considering a move to WA, please contact us to find out how we can assist you further.
