Below is an outline of the key services we provide to our legal clients.

Permanent Appointments
Permanent placements make up a core part of our business, as the majority of our clients would like our assistance when trying to source long term, permanent legal employees for their businesses.  A flexible option for your business, as we do all of the work upfront and a fee is only payable at the conclusion of the recruitment process.

With permanent appointments, we will source candidates for your vacancy or make a general referral of a suitable candidate for your business.  We adopt a variety of candidate attraction strategies including – advertising, referrals, research and approaches to passive candidates within our networks; as well as utilising existing talent pools of suitable candidates on our database, which are regularly updated and maintained.

Retained Appointments
An individually designed recruitment campaign managed exclusively by us, which incorporates research, search and selection and targeted advertising, in addition to traditional candidate attraction methods.  Candidates are sourced specifically for your assignment and are interviewed and shortlisted against specific criteria for your vacancy.

This type of process is recommended for specialist, strategic, senior level positions or partner appointments.  Fees are paid in stages, on completion of parts of the process.  Priority service is given to your vacancy for this upfront financial investment.

We are also able to manage specific parts of the recruitment process for you, for example, just the search component or management of the advertising and short listing process.  In these instances, fixed fees or hourly rates would be negotiated upfront, depending upon the nature of your requirements.

Contract or Fixed Term Appointments
If you require additional staffing resources to cover periods of extended leave, manage overflows of work or assist with short term projects, we can assist by sourcing lawyers for your team on a fixed term or contract basis.  Fixed fees for the contract term are determined upfront and will vary depending upon the nature of your requirements.  A very flexible and cost-effective option to support your ongoing business needs.

Contract positions are also very useful in being able determine the requirements of a role, identify whether you do in fact have a permanent business need or to evaluate a candidate before making a permanent hire.
